Is a prefilled syringe available for avacincaptad pegol?

The development of prefilled syringe formulation is currently under discussion and is not available at this time.

Avacincaptad pegol (ACP) is supplied in a kit as a sterile, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to slightly yellowish 20 mg/mL injection solution in a single-use glass vial for intravitreal administration for the treatment of a single eye. Each glass vial contains 0.35 mL of solution to allow for administration of a single dose of 0.1 mL of solution containing 2 mg of ACP (oligonucleotide basis).
